Participation Agreement & Release of Liability — Southern Colorado Athletic Complex
By registering for the SCAC Adult Soccer Tournament (March 29, 2026), I acknowledge that soccer is a physical activity that carries inherent risks of injury. I voluntarily agree to participate and assume all associated risks on behalf of myself and my team.
I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Southern Colorado Athletic Complex (SCAC), its officers, volunteers, sponsors, partners, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, or causes of action arising from participation in this event, including but not limited to personal injury, death, or property damage.
I confirm that all players listed on my roster are 18 years of age or older, are physically capable of participating in an 11v11 soccer match under FIFA rules, and agree to abide by all tournament rules and official decisions. I understand that misconduct or violations may result in immediate disqualification without refund.
