Athletic complex and training center.

 Phase 1

Land is the most important to create fields. Looking for 2+ Acres to create a field. All improvements to the property will be done by Southern Colorado Athletic Complex. Monthly cost associated to begin:

  1. Purchase or donation of land. $0-$500,000 (one time)

  2. Administrative $3000

  3. Rental Equipment for excavating and leveling the land for one field. $2800

  4. Drilling a well. $6500

  5. Irrigation System $2200

  6. Seeding and fertilizing one field $1,250

  7. Soccer Equipment (goals, flags, nets, benches) $8250

  8. Parking lot excavation $1500

  9. Shipping Container $4000

  10. Upkeep Equipment (lawnmowers, Gator cart, landscape tools) $15,500

    Total start cost $45,000

Phases 2-5

 

  • With one field complete, layout and excavating additional fields will commence.

  • Retaining the funds needed to purchase additional land.

  • Construction of an indoor field house, complete with offices and retail spaces.

  • Create satellite fields throughout Southern Colorado.
